With Custom Fields you can easily create and manage your existing Custom Fields from the Mail House.
Editing your Existing Custom Field:
You can only edit your existing Custom Fields one at a time. The only fields that you can edit when you is Field Name and Maximum Size. To learn more about these fields click here.
1. Go to Mail House.
2. Go to Custom Fields Tab.
3. Scroll down to Custom Fields.
4. Select the Custom Field you would like to edit and click on the drop down menu for Actions then click Edit.
5. On Edit Custom Field Tab, you will be able to update the Field Name and Maximum Size.
6. You can also see additional information that is added with this Upgrade.
- Mail House Records with this field: Refers to the number of contact records that is using this field.
- Event Record with this field: Reflects the number of event records wherein the custom field is currently being used.
- Fields used on Forms - Form Name: Clicking each Form Name opens up a new tab displaying the preview link of an email, landing pages, CTA form, Registration Forms or Preference Centre.
7. When you are done making changes click on Save.
Deleting your Existing Custom Fields:

Delete Multiple Custom Fields at the same time:
1. Go to Mail House.
2. Go to Custom Fields Tab.
3. Scroll down to Custom Fields.
4. On your keyboard hold on CTRL and click on the Custom Fields you would like to delete.
5. Click on the drop down arrow on Actions and click Delete.
6. You will be shown a Delete Fields Message. Click Yes to continue deleting the field/s or No to go back. The message will not show you how many user records are currently being used by each of the Custom Fields you are trying to delete since you are deleting multiple Custom Fields simultaneously.

Delete Individual Custom Fields:
1. Go to Mail House.
2. Go to Custom Fields Tab.
3. Scroll down to Custom Fields.
4. Click on the Custom Field you would like to delete.
5. Click on the drop down arrow on Actions and click Delete.
6. It will show you the Delete Field Message. Deleted Custom Field will not show in the Suite and Live Webforms again which includes - Landing Pages CTA Form, Events Desk Registration Forms and Preference Centres.
7. You can also Delete a Custom Field when you are on the Edit Custom Field Tab. It will show the same Delete Field Message as above.
Re-arranging your Custom Fields:
You can easily re-organize the list of your existing Custom Fields in the Mail House by a simple drag and drop. Click and hold the drag and drop tool and placed your existing Custom Fields where you want them to be placed.
