Using an Application or Plug-in
There are a number of free online applications that can be used to do this. The best tool set for converting to PDF that we have found can be accessed here.
PDF crowd will allow you to enter the URL from your emails preview (accessed from inside the "Preview" button inside the Swift Digital Suite), Convert HTML code into a PDF or create content inside a WYSIWYG editor that can then be changed to PDF. This means you can copy content directly from the editor inside the Swift Digital Suite into their editor and turn it into a PDF document.
You can also take advantage by installing one of their handy browser plugins (if you use either Firefox or Chrome as your browser):

Read More Buttons
If you convert your newsletter into a PDF, you may want to consider if you have added a "Read more" buttons into your email.
For any articles with a "Read more" button, the preview of your email will not display the articles content.
To view all articles in a Newsletter there are two options, manually remove all "Read mores" from your Newsletter articles.
Alternatively, you can convert to an image.
