To log in you must have a Swift Digital you must have a User Profile associated with your email address.
If you do not have a User Profile set up - request one be created for you by one of your accounts' Admin users.

Have you set up MFA?
MFA or 'Multi-Factor Authentication' uses a separate application such as Google Authenticator to log in. After you input your password, you may be prompted to input an MFA code.

When entering your MFA one-time password:
- Check for any typos/mistakes in the password
- Ensure that your entered password has not expired when clicking to 'Continue'
- The password should not contain any 'spaces'
If your MFA code is correct and active, your user login may be locked, or your login session may have expired. Simply refresh the page and try again.
Still having trouble?
After 7 failed login attempts your user login will be locked. You must reset your password in order to proceed
- Go to the Login Page and click on the 'Forgot password' link
- An email will be sent to your inbox with a link to reset your password
- You must reset within 7 days, or request to reset your password again
- Once reset, you will receive a confirmation email
- If the 'DID NOT REQUEST' link is clicked, your account will be locked, and you will no longer be able to reset your password.
- If you are locked out you must contact Swift Digital support to request unlocking,
or get one of your Admin users to contact Swift Digital support on your behalf.
Did not receive password reset emails?
- Check that the email address you have input is correct and without spelling mistakes
- Check your SPAM and Junk folders
- Contact one of your Admin users to check that the email address for your user profile is correct
