EventsDesk: How do I see the fields that guests filled out on the Registration Form and export it?

Viewing what fields your guests have filled out on your Registration Form and the ability to export them is important for all of your events. And you can easily do it from the Registration Tab of your events in EventsDesk!

Go to EventsDesk Module from the Dashboard. 



From the EventsDesk Dashboard, select your event and go to Registration Tab and click on the Form Fields View icon. 



You will be able to see the Fields that they have filled out from the Registration Form like (First name, Last name, Email Address and Mobile number). Select all guest and you can click on the Download CSV option to export all of them. 


 

For Multi session events, you will only be able to click on the form fields view icon depending where you have created the Registration Form, either on the Parent Event or to each session of your event. You must go to the Registration Tab of Parent/Session Event for it. Otherwise you will see this error message:
