A contact / subscriber in the Mail House can belong to multiple Mail Groups.
To view and edit the Mail Groups a contact / subscriber belongs to, we can go to 'Quick Search/Add' > Search/Add Tab, Search using Email and type in the Email Address of the contact on the text box and click on the magnifying glass to search. Contacts will show below and click on Edit.
A Manage Contact modal will pop out and click on Mail Group Tab.
Once on the Mail Group Tab, you will be presented with the different Mail Groups that is on the Mail House. You can use the Search box option to look for the Existing Mail Group your contact should be a part of. Under Add/Remove Contact Column, you can click on (x) mark to Add the contact to the list of Mail Group. Or click on the (✓) mark to Remove this contact from a Mail Group.
After you have successfully added a contact to a Mail Group, it will show you a confirm message:
When you remove a contact from a Mail Group, it will show you Remove Contact message and if you select Yes a confirm message that contact has been removed from the Mail Group.
When you are done adding/removing contacts to a Mail Group, you can click on the (x) button on the upper right hand corner of the Manage Contact pop out modal to close it. Changes will be automatically saved.
