Are you getting a Page Not Available message whilst testing your Event specific email?
1. The RSVP Decline Link button only works for an email that is tested or published to a contact that's in the Mail House.
2. Declines will only able to capture who is declining the invitation based on the personal identifier used in the mail house.
Please ensure that your Event RSVP block is connected to an Event in EventsDesk or EventsClassic.
Just click on the Event Calendar icon to choose the event.
Once that has been set up, you will the need to ensure that you have tested or published the email to a contact that has been added to the mail house.
