Folder permissions can be applied to folders in each module. These ensure that users without access cannot see, edit, publish or view reports of content that they are not permitted to.
- The Email Composer and Landing page modules share the same folders and permissions. (A folder may have both Email and Landing Page documents - this is helpful for catagorising and grouping content )
- The Mail House, Survey, SMS and Events modules all have unique Folders.
Show / Hide folder from users:
- Access the Folders tab via the top bar in the Modules main page.
- Selecting a folder will bring up the Folder Settings pop-up. Here you will be able to pick and choose which users can access the folder contents.
- Folders cannot be hidden from Admin Users.
NOTE: The Email Composer and Landing Page module share folders. Viewing permissions will apply to the folders' content in both the Email Composer and the Landing Page module.

Email specific settings:
Accessing the Folder tab via the Email Composer will allow you to set Publishing Defaults for the folder (i.e. Sender Name and Email and Reply-to address). These will apply to any Email documents that are saved/published in that folder.
