To refer to the unique details of your certificate recipients in your certificate template, you will have to write out field names in $THIS_FORMAT$ i.e. $ORGANISATION$.
These are generally fields found in the registration form that your guests have filled out. You can go to your Event > Form > Click into your form > and access the Form Fields Widget.
In the column Code, copy and paste that into your CPD certificate, and ensure you wrap the code with $ at the start AND end of the text.
How do I add in my Events' details into my CPD certificate?
