How do I delete a folder?

Only empty folders can be deleted. If you cant delete a folder, please check if it contains any items. If there are any items currently in the folder, please Move or Delete the documents first.

To delete folders in Email Composer, you will either need to be an administrator in the account or have access to the folder if you are a regular user. 

Access the Folders tab in the modules top menu bar. You need to ensure that the folder is empty of all content blocks or existing email documents. 

Move your content blocks and email composer documents to another folder before proceeding with the next step.
