The Events Desk module allows you to populate your guests' name labels with fields that have been captured through registration forms. To do this you will need to access Events Desk > Events Dashboard > Name Tags.
Select a template that matches your label printer, and download the document.
You will be able to create name labels and edit them once you have opened the word document. It should display as so.
Adding CUSTOM fields to your labels
Adding and removing fields from your labels will require you to use the custom field's code. This can be found in a list by going to your Registration Form > Click Add Fields, via the form fields widget.
Once you have confirmed which fields will be populating your labels, go to the template that you have downloaded.
The following steps are required:
- Simply delete the ones you want to remove, and make space for other fields that should appear on the name label.
- To add other custom/default fields, click into an empty space, and enter the field's code, and ensure that the $ symbol is at the beginning and end i.e. $SHIRT_SIZE_1$
- For each individual registrant, the label requires a numbering system to ensure that all guests are captured. For example, in the screenshot above, guest number one should appear with $SHIRT_SIZE_1$. Registrant number one-hundred should appear with $SHIRT_SIZE_100$.

Event fields are fields that appear in EventsDesk settings.
