Poll blocks allow you to ask your readers a question to survey their opinions on a topic or to seek feedback. Poll blocks are only available in Suite accounts with a Survey license, and 

Heading Set a heading for the poll. You can style this text with the text editing tools. The size and font will default to your theme text styling, but you can change this with the Size and Font dropdown menus.   Question Set the poll question or topic.   Choices Add and adjust the possible poll responses. You must have a least one choice.

To access your Poll's results, you will need to access Email Composer > Reports > Select Folder and Document > Scroll to Detailed Reports and click Poll Results
