Profile 360's Subscriber Profile provides a detailed overview of a given subscriber's interactions with your various publications and documents.
Subscriber Email
By default, a recently-active subscriber will be used to populate your Subscriber Profile. Enter a subscriber's email address to view their activity. You can also click on the Profile 360 button in the Mail House to come to this page. The fields in Profile 360 are "smart" fields, they will provide suggestions based on the information in your database.
Engagement Score
The engagement score is calculated based on your choice of Swift Score and date range. Teal signifies highly engaged, yellow is engaged, red is neutral, and inactive is represented by black. The actual number shown is calculated based to the engagement scoring system and the subscriber's activities.
Subscription Details
Here you can see details of their subscription status, and their latest activity.
Personal Details & Mail Groups
This area displays the available information from the standard and custom fields in your Mail House, and shows you the mail groups to which your subscriber belongs.
Activity by Module
Here you can see a summary of the user's activities for each module
Activity
This section details the activities used to calculate the scores. You can search for keywords to filter the list. The 'Keyword Search' field allows you to bring up the activities by a search word. Click on the up and down buttons in each column to sort your list. By default you will see 10 entries. Change this with the drop down menu.
Article tags
This section shows the subscriber's clicks that have been tagged using the Article Tag feature in email composer. Each tag will appear depending on the links that have been clicked into by the user.
