Adding credits to your account

Select the “Purchase Credits” button, in the top right-hand corner of any page within the Suite. 

Here you can see the current number of available credits and purchase more email and SMS credits.

To purchase credits, simply select the Type of Credit you wish to buy (i.e. Email or SMS), and type in the number of credits you would like. The Purchase Total will display the calculated cost. 



  • Email credits are like postage stamps. Without credits, you cannot send an email. Each credit allows you to send one email.
  • One SMS credit equals one message up to 160 characters. Anything above this amount will send in two messages and takes up two credits. SMSs to international numbers may also cost more credits, depending on the country.
  • Minimum email purchase quantity is 1,000 and minimum SMS purchase quantity is 100.
  • The more credits you buy, the cheaper they become per credit. The price list is located on the right of the purchasing screen.
  • Credits can be purchased instantly and securely online via credit card, or via cheque, direct deposit or credit card via mail.

To check out, click the “Purchase” button.

  • If you opted to pay via credit card online, you will be taken to a payment gateway. After entering your payment information and confirming, the credits will be added to your account.
  • If you opted to pay by any other method, an invoice will be generated and a confirmation email with an invoice will be emailed to the user requesting the credits. The invoice needs to be paid before credits are applied.
