How do I clear my cache and cookies on my web browser?

When troubleshooting display issues, we often ask you to clear your browser's cache and cookies. This means you'll be cleaning up your browser's short term memory of websites you've visited, so that it will load the updated information and also improve your browsing performance. To clear your cache and cookies in most browsers:

Shortcut on Windows Device mceclip0.png : Press SHIFT + CTRL + DELETE together on your keyboard.

Shortcut on Mac Device mceclip1.png  :  Press SHIFT + Command  mceclip2.png  + Delete

Then:

In Edge: Make sure "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files" are ticked, the other checkboxes can remain  unticked. Then select "Clear".

In Internet Explorer: Make sure "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies" are ticked, the other checkboxes can remain unticked. Then select "Delete".

In Firefox: Choose to clear from the time range of "Everything". Make sure "Cache" and "Cookies" are ticked, the other checkboxes can remain unticked. Then select "Clear now".

In Google Chrome: Choose to obliterate from "the beginning of time". Make sure "Browsing History", "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Cached images and files" are ticked, the other checkboxes can remain unticked. Then select "Clear browsing data".

In Safari: Make sure "Empty the cache" and "Remove all cookies" are ticked, the other checkboxes can remain unticked. Then select "Reset". In newer versions of Safari, tick "Remove all website data" instead, which will clear both the cache and cookies.

NOTE: This will log you out of anything you have open in any browser tabs/windows, so take a moment to save any work you might have open in other sites.
