To maintain the highest security standards for our platform and protect your data, we have enforced an automatic 15-minute inactivity timeout. This applies to each window, tab, and browser.
How It Works
- 15 Minutes of Inactivity: If you do not perform any actions on the platform for 15 minutes, a pop-up notification will appear on your screen.
- 30-Second Warning: You will have 30 seconds from the moment the pop-up appears to click the "Continue" button.
- Automatic Logout: If you do not click the button within those 30 seconds, the system will automatically log you out to secure your session.
What You Need to Do
- Save Your Work regularly: To avoid losing any unsaved progress, make it a habit to save your work frequently.
- Stay Active: Any click, typing, or navigation within the platform resets the 15-minute timer.
- Avoid Multiple Tabs: The inactivity timeout applies separately for each Tab. If one tab times-out, you will be logged out from all other open tabs and windows as well.
- Log Back In Anytime: If you are logged out, simply log back in to pick up where you left off.
