Landing Pages: Publish your holding site

Have you tried visiting your Microsite lately?

Each account has a Microsite / custom domain - the first section of the URL when you're viewing your Web Documents.

Visit your Microsite now, you might find that it re-directs back to us!

• Open one of your Web Documents and visit the root domain (e.g. delete everything after the .com and see where the page takes you)

If this is the case, there's one simple fix to ensure your visitors can always find their way back to you.

Create a Holding Page for your Root Domain

The microsite or 'root domain' will redirect to the Swift Digital Website, unless a Landing Page is published for said root domain. 

This page should appear as a simple way for readers to find their way to your main Website. 

1. Create a new Landing Page
2. Add your desired 'Holding Page' content.
   1. Include a standard Header and Footer to replicate your organisations website or communications
   2. Include a clear clickable link/button to your organisations main Website.
3. Save and Activate the Page
4. Set the expiry date in the distant future
5. DO NOT ADD A CUSTOM URL EXTENSION. 
    

Save and complete.

Now you can access your Microsite domains 'root domain' to view your new holding page.
