
If you are unable to access the Swift Digital Suite or the Suite is not loading correctly, the issue may be related to cached browser data or your computer's DNS cache.
Please follow the steps below in order.
Step 1: Clear Your Browser Cache
Start by clearing your browser's cached images and files.
Important: You only need to clear the Cached images and files option. You do not need to clear saved passwords or other personal browser information.
Google Chrome
Option 1: Using Chrome Settings
- Open Google Chrome.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Delete browsing data.
- Set the Time range to All time.
- Make sure Cached images and files is selected.
Click Delete data.
- Close all Chrome windows.
- Reopen Chrome and try accessing the Swift Digital Suite again.

You can also open the Delete browsing data window directly by pressing:
Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Delete
Mac: Command + Shift + Delete
Microsoft Edge
Using Edge Settings
- Open Microsoft Edge.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Select Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
Set the Time range to All time.
- Make sure Cached images and files is selected.
- Click Clear now.
- Close all Edge windows.
- Reopen Edge and try accessing the Swift Digital Suite again.

Step 2: Flush Your DNS Cache
If clearing your browser cache does not resolve the issue, the next step is to clear your computer's DNS cache. You may need the assistance of your Internal IT team for this. Some Organisations do not have permissions to this.
DNS caching can cause your computer to continue using an older DNS record. Flushing the DNS cache forces your computer to discard its locally stored DNS information and perform a fresh lookup. Microsoft recommends ipconfig /flushdns when troubleshooting DNS name-resolution issues.
Windows
How to flush DNS on Windows
- Close your web browser.
- Open the Start menu.
- Search for Command Prompt.
- Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
- Enter the following command:
ipconfig /flushdns- Press Enter.
- You should see a confirmation message indicating that the DNS Resolver Cache has been successfully flushed.
- Close the Command Prompt window.
- Reopen your browser.
- Try accessing the Swift Digital Suite again.
Windows command
ipconfig /flushdnsMac
How to flush DNS on Mac
- Close your web browser.
- Open Terminal.
- You can find it under Applications > Utilities > Terminal.
- Alternatively, use Spotlight Search and type Terminal.
- Enter the following command:
sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder- Press Enter.
- If prompted, enter your Mac login password.
- Note: Nothing will appear on screen while you type your password. This is normal.
- Once the command has completed, close Terminal.
- Reopen your browser.
- Try accessing the Swift Digital Suite again.

After completing the relevant steps above:
- Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Navigate to the Swift Digital Suite.
- Try logging in again.
