Test the Sending Domain Email Deliverability Setup for Swift Digital Suite

This guide explains how to test the sending domain email deliverability setup you have set up in the Sending Domain Email Deliverability Setup for Swift Digital Suite.

 

✅ Test Sending Domain Setup

  1. Visit MxToolbox https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx

  2. Select DKIM Lookup

  3. Input sending domain and :dkim1 e.g comms.swiftdigital.com.au:dkim1

  4. Click on DKIM Lookup

    This is the correct result that you should get after checking the DKIM1 key.

  5. Input sending domain and :dkim2 e.g comms.swiftdigital.com.au:dkim2

  6. Click on DKIM Lookup

    This is the correct result that you should get after checking the DKIM2 key.

  7. Select SPF Record Lookup

  8. Input sending domain e.g comms.swiftdigital.com.au

  9. Click on SPF Record Lookup

    This is the correct result that you should get after the SPF record lookup is done.

    The SPF record is v=spf1 include:spf.swiftdigital.com.au ~all
  10. Select DMARC Record Lookup

  11. Input sending domain e.g comms.swiftdigital.com.au

  12. Click on DMARC Lookup

    This is the correct result that you should get after the DMARC lookup is done.

    The DMARC record is v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; adkim=r; aspf=r for relaxed mode or v=DMARC1; p=quarantine; adkim=s; aspf=s for strict mode.
  13. Select MX Lookup

  14. Input custom return path e.g bouncer.comms.swiftdigital.com.au

  15. Click on MX Lookup

    The bouncer.swiftdigital.com.au is the hostname.
  16. Select TXT Lookup

  17. Input custom return path e.g bouncer.comms.swiftdigital.com.au

  18. Click on TXT Lookup

    The record is v=spf1 include:spf.swiftdigital.com.au ~all
  19. Log in to your Swift Digital Suite account

  20. Go to the Email Composer module

  21. Create an email e.g Test Sending Domain Setup

  22. Click on Publish beside the save

  23. Set the From email address to the sending domain your setup e.g support@comms.swiftdigital.com.au

  24. Select a contact to send the email e.g swiftdigitald@gmail.com

  25. Click on Publish

  26. Open the email received, then click Show original

  27. Check that you see PASS for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC

 

 

Congratulations. You can now start sending emails in your Swift Digital Suite account.
