Events Desk: Registration Form Errors

Oops, something is missing? 

You have to select at least one ticket

Add a Ticket Order Widget to the Registration Form

  1. Head back to the Form Editor 
  2. Add a new section, 
  3. Drag in the Ticket Order widget 
  4. Save.
  5. Reload the Registration Form URL and try again.

No ticket types in the event

An Express form type, however there are no Ticket Types present in the event or session settings.

Check the events Ticket Types tab(s)

  1. Head into the Session Settings > Ticket Types tab
  2. Check that there is a Ticket present, and ensure it is currently available.
  3. If needed, create a Ticket (every session must have a ticket available)
  4. Save
  5. Reload the Registration Form URL and try again.

No Sessions to select

A Multi Session Event form, however there are no Sessions displayed on the form.

Check the events Ticket Types tab(s)

  1. Head into the Session Settings > Ticket Types tab
  2. Check that there is a Ticket present, and ensure it is currently available.
  3. If needed, create a Ticket (every session must have a ticket available)
  4. Save
  5. Reload the Registration Form URL and try again.

 


Event is Closed

Nothing to show

Aside from the regular End Date setting, the event Sessions might be Hidden, or their Tickets might be Hidden.

Check that your Sessions are set to display on the Form.

  1. Check the 'Display' box in the main Event Settings area
  2. Save
  3. Reload the Registration Form URL and try again.

Check that your Ticket Types are set to display on the Form.

  1. Head to the Ticket Types tab - either for the main event, or for the Sessions
  2. If the 'Hidden' status is 'Yes', click to edit the Ticket
  3. Un-check the option to 'hide' the ticket, located at the very bottom of the Ticket settings.
