Needing help locating something? 

 

First things first, does it still exist and do you have permission to view?

Folder Permissions

  • What you're looking for may have been placed in a restricted folder. Ask your Admins to check for your document, Admins will be able to view / search across all folders. If necessary, the Admin may be able to provide you access to the restricted folder, or move it into a folder that you are permitted to access.

The item may have been renamed or moved

  • What you're looking for may have been re-named. Try searching for a more general item name. 
  • Update your view to see 'All Folders' and search again.
  • In the Email Composer and Landing Page modules you can sort the list by most recently edited.

 

Help! I cant find my...

 

Document, Newsletter, EDM, Email, Landing Page, Web Page: 

  • If you have access to the Web Version of the document, open it in a new browser window and see the Tab Name. This is also known as the documents 'Display Name'. You can search in the Email or Landing Page modules for this name.
  • The document may have been Deleted. If so, check the Trash Tab in the module. Deleted items can be restored within 14 days of deletion. Beyond that time, it will be permanently deleted from the system.

Subscription Page / CTA Form

  • Same as above.
  • If you cannot find it in the Landing Pages module, it may be a Custom Page 
  • Subscription Preference Centre and Manage Preferences pages are custom pages that are managed through contacting your Swift Digital Account Manager and are not directly accessible through the suite.

Event

  • If you have access to the Confirmation Email for the event, the Event Name will be visible on the confirmation email. 
  • If you have the Registration Form for the event, see the Tab Name. This is also known as the forms 'Display Name'. You can search for this name in the 'Registration Form' tab at the top menu bar in. the Events Desk module.

Survey

  • If the survey is active, make sure you're viewing the Published/Active Surveys tab.
  • If the survey is not active, check the main 'Surveys' tab for unpublished surveys, and the 'Publish Queue' tab for surveys that are scheduled to activate in the future.
  • If the survey has closed / ended, check the Archived Surveys tab.

Mail House Contact / Person:

  • Head to the 'Quick Search / Add' tab in the Mail House module. Here you can search for the contact by Email address.
  • Check for spelling mistakes in search bar.
  • If the contact only exists in Restricted Folders, they may be hidden from your view. If you need to add this contact to a certain Mail Group, perform a CSV Import via the Import/Export tab.

Mail Group / Mailing List:

SMS message:

  • See Folder Permissions

Report:

  • See Folder Permissions
  • You can only generate a Report for documents that you have permission to view.
