The first steps you should try when something becomes unresponsive in the suite:
- Performing a Hard Refresh on your Browser
- Close the page and re-open in a new Window
- Update your Browser
- Change your Wifi Network

Closing the browser, logging in and out of the Suite, Restarting the computer, deleting cookies does not perform the same type of refresh that this Hard Refresh/Reload action does.

View your Swift Digital page

*Right click* anywhere on the page and select 'Inspect'
This will open the Inspector Window. (keep it open for the next step)

Find the page 'Refresh' button in your browser, and *Right click*. Select the 'Hard Reload/Refresh' or 'Empty Cache and Hard Reload' option.
