Having Trouble with "Error Saving Email"? Here's What You Need to Know
If you're seeing the message "Error saving email" when trying to save your email drafts, it likely means you've been automatically logged out of the Suite for security reasons.
Please note that the Email Composer does not have an auto-save feature. To avoid losing your work, we strongly recommend saving your email every 15 minutes. This helps prevent session timeouts and ensures your content is not lost.
Stay proactive—save often to keep your work safe.
How to find out if the Suite has logged you off without existing from the current email you have open?
1. Right click at top of your browser (on the tab itself).
2. Click duplicate which will open the same page on another tab.
3. If you get the login screen, it means that the Suite has logged you off. Please log back in and re-add the new contents on the last saved version of your email.
How to easily add your contents back to the Duplicated Tab?
When you duplicate a tab and logged back in, your original tab with the contents that you are not able to save are still there. You can easily re-add them, by using "Source" for article blocks that contains texts, buttons, hyperlink texts, anchor links and more.
