Why is that some mailgroups are not being created at Salesforce?

Swift Digital mailgroups have some rules:

1) It only accept alphanumeric mailgroup names. Do not use names such as Alice's list

2) It will not accept a mailgroup name that is already existing. If you find that you are unable to create a new mailgroup, check in Swift Digital if you have already use the name for another mailgroup.
